On Saturday, 3/28/09, thirteen members of DB29 participated in the lowering
of a tattered Danish flag at Bergan Place in Ballard. Unfortunately, it was
a bit chilly and drizzling while the new flag was hoisted. "Der er en
Yndigt Land" was sung and a small toast was made by the group before heading
across the street to a coffee shop to chat and warm up and enjoy the view of
their new flag waving in the breeze.
